MONUMENT ATELIER offers delivery via Econt and Speedy for the territory of Bulgaria. If you wish to receive your order outside Bulgaria, please contact us at support@monumentatelier.com

Cost of delivery in Bulgaria is BGN 5.99 to an Econt or Speedy office and BGN 6.99 to the receiver's address.

We at MONUMENT ATELIER always strive to offer our customers fast delivery! In Bulgaria, the delivery time is 1-3 business days.

At the moment MONUMENT ATELIER delivers its products to Bulgaria. If you are outside Bulgaria, please contact us at support@monumentatelier.com for the last prices and methods of shipping.

We ship our jewelry from the city of Sofia, Bulgaria.

All our orders are protected by insurance. If you notice that there are missing or incorrect items in your order, please contact us at support@monumentatelier.com, including your order number and the names of the items that are missing or incorrect. We will send you an email shortly. 

In case you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us by email: monument.atelier@gmail.com within 14 days of the date you received your order. MONUMENT ATELIER accepts returns and offers refunds only on items that are in stock. Orders returned after the 14-day period will be accepted and refunded at a percentage discount applicable to selected in-stock products.

Returned items must be in their original condition, with no signs of use, and in their original packaging. To request a return or exchange, please contact us at the email address provided. It is necessary to send us your first and last name, the reason for the return and the bank account on which you want to receive the refund. Once the order reaches us, it will be thoroughly inspected and if the conditions described above are met, your amount will be refunded within 5 working days. In case you have returned the items after the 14 day period, you will receive a promo code by email which you can use on your next shopping with us. The code will be sent to you within 3 days from the date we received your shipment.

MONUMENT ATELIER reserves the right to refuse returns on shipments that are not eligible for returns and exchanges.

Currently, exchanging one item for another is only possible if the latter is priced the same or higher than the originally purchased one. 

All orders sent by MONUMENT ATELIER are covered by insurance. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at support@monumentatelier.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

At the moment, for the territory of Bulgaria, we accept cash upon delivery. 

Our jewelry is made of various types of semi-precious stones and minerals, natural freshwater pearls and glass beads. The metal in all our items is sterling silver with a purity of 92.5%. 

The metal elements in our jewelry is sterling silver 925. Just like the other precious metals (e.g. gold, platinum, etc.) sterling silver tarnishes over time, if it's not taken care of well. At MONUMENT ATELIER we recommend using our Dazzle Gel by Connoisseurs, which can be found HERE. It is an all-purpose cleanser that can be used on various types of metals and gemstones, including diamonds.

Moreover, we recommend that you store your natural pearl jewelry in a separate box or bag, in order to protect them from harsh atmospheric conditions, such as moisture or exsessive dryness. Best practices include gently swiping the pearls with a damp cloth to keep them hydrated and shiny longer. 

Even though there's no data showing our jewelry chaning look over time, we recommend that you restrain from getting it wet. Due to the differences in Ph in water, there might be unknown damage to some of the finer materials used in the making. 

Different materials call for different cleaning techniques. We recommend using Connoisseurs Dazzle Gel to gently scrub off any residue left on the silver parts of your jewelry. At the moment, MONUMENT ATELIER offers jewelry of its own design in limited quantities only.

MONUMENT ATELIER creates its jewelry in small quantities and does not currently offer wholesale purchases.
