How it works
Cancel before dispatch: If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel it through the button above and receive a refund.
Changed your mind: If you have received your order, you have 14 days to notify us that you wish to withdraw. You do not need to give a reason.
Send it back: After notifying us, send the item back within 14 days. The direct cost of return shipping is paid by you.
Receive your refund: We will refund you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your withdrawal. For a returned product, we may wait until we receive it or you provide evidence that you have sent it back, whichever happens first.
