Where do you ship your jewelry from?

MONUMENT ATELIER is a small brand based in Sofia, Bulgaria. We create our jewelry pieces in a friendly environment where we strictly inspect every item before we ship it. Which countries to you ship to?

We ship to all countries from the EU. If you wish your order to be delivered outside of EU, please contact us for more information.

How much does delivery cost?

Depending on the type of service and the location where you want your item to be delivered, our shipping fees may vary. Please check the final costs during checkout.

What are my delivery options?

For all orders in the European Union we ship using EU Shipments or Bulgarian Post shipping, both of which provide a tracking number. Once the item has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your email so that you can check your order at any time.

How long does delivery take?

Depending on the country of destination and selected service, the delivery time may vary. Please keep in mind that sometimes customs delays can occur and this may affect your delivery timeframe. This is out of our control because each country is subject to different laws and custom practices.
