How much does delivery cost?

Depending on the type of service and the location where you want your item to be delivered, our shipping fees may vary.

What are my delivery options?

For all orders in the European Union we ship using EU Shipments or Bulgarian Post shipping, both of which provide a tracking number. Once the item has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your email so that you can check your order at any time. For all other countries, we use Bulgarian Post shipping service.

How long does delivery take?

Depending on the country of destination and selected service, the delivery time may vary. Please keep in mind that sometimes customs delays can occur and this may affect your delivery timeframe. This is out of our control because each country is subject to different laws and custom practices.
