What kind of silver do you use?
We only use sterling silver 925 that is a standard in jewelry making. All our pieces are stamped at an official assay office in Sofia, Bulgaria and bear the hallmark of '925'.
What kind of pearls do you use?
At MONUMENT ATELIER, we choose our pearls based on two factors: quality and sustainability. We believe that natural pearls should not be a luxury to some and a hardship for others. This is why we use cultivated freshwater pearls coming from different pearl farms. Cultivated pearls are an affordable solution, costing only a fraction of the price of wild growing pearls, while still providing natural beauty.
How do I choose a piece that carries my energy?

Is there a way to own limited edition pieces that won’t be repeated?
Absolutely! We work with limited quantities of materials and each collection is released in small batches. If you really like something – be quick! Special collections usually sell out within days.
How often do you release new limited edition designs?
Each collection is carefully developed and refined to perfection. We release new pieces every new season, and our most loyal clients see them first via our newsletter.
How do I know it’s not mass-produced but truly limited?
We work in a small studio and create our jewelry in limited quantities. When a design sells out – it’s not restocked. That’s our personal decision, not a marketing trick.
How can I choose pearl jewelry that doesn’t look “old-fashioned”?

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

Yes, we ship worldwide for a relatively small shipping fee!
What if I don’t like the jewelry once I see it in person?
If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, you have 14 business days to return it. We want you to wear something you truly love!
How can I return or exchange an item?
If you would like to return or exchange a defective piece of jewelry, please send us an email, stating your order number and reason for return. We will respond to you in 1-3 business days, following up the request. Please make sure to visit our page Return & Refund Policy for more information. Eligible are all products with a valid receipt, issued by
MONUMENT ATELIER LTD., except vouchers, gift cards and customized items. Orders placed online do not need a supporting receipt in order to be eligible for return. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us using the contact form on our website or at monument.atelier@gmail.com.

Is customization available?
In some cases – yes! We can make small adjustments – chain length, pearl color, clasp type, etc. Just ask – we’ll be happy to make it truly yours.
How do I choose the right size online – is there help available?
"What if the ring I order turns out to be too small, or the necklace is longer in person than what I imagined?"- We absolutely understand you. This is why we've made sure to add extensive information on our website to help you choose correctly. You'll also find sizing details in the descriptions of the products, as well as on the dedicated page Size Guide. If you’re unsure – just message us! We’ll happily guide you to measure correctly so it fits perfectly.

How can I use the promocode?
It's really simple! Just follow the steps:

How can I order a gift card?
You can purchase a gift card directly from our online store, just like any other product. Simply select the gift card amount you’d like, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation and your gift card will be issued. We offer multiple gift
cards based on value - for €50, €100 and €150.
Where can I use my gift card?
Our gift cards can be used online only, at www.monumentatelier.com.
What does the gift card include?
Gift cards can be applied toward most products in our online shop. However, they cannot be used to purchase: other gift cards, personalized or custom-made items. They can not be used for jewelry repair and cleaning services, as well as to get free shipping.
Where will I receive my gift card?
Our gift cards are both physical and digital. You receive a digital copy of the gift card immediately after purchase (sent to your email). However, we understand the importance of the gifting ritual and this is why we also provide to you a physical one. During checkout, make sure to enter your shipping address so we can mail the card to you.
When does the gift card expire?
Our gift cards are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. After that date, the remaining balance will no longer be available.
How can I redeem mygift card?
To redeem your gift card:

Add your desired items to the cart
At checkout, enter your unique gift card code in the “Discount or Gift Card” field. The balance will be automatically applied to your total.
What happens to any unspent balance?
Any remaining balance stays on your gift card and can be used toward future purchases, as long as the card has not
expired. You can check your balance by following the link in your original
gift card email. Customers cannot “withdraw” unused gift card balances. Refunds of orders paid with gift cards are returned to the same gift card balance (not to cash).
Jewelry Care
Can I shower with my jewelry on?
Depending on the type of product and the material it is made with, there are different recommendations as to whether you can wet your jewelry. While silver on its own does not show signs of damage when being wet for a prolonged time, it is recommended that you take off your jewelry containing pearls and other organic materials before getting in contact with water.
How should I clean my jewelry?
To answer this question, we need to take into account several factors: the type of dirt or buildup, whether we can easily reach it, and whether the jewelry is made of just silver, or also pearls and/or other stones. For simple designs and normal buildup/wearing, we recommend using the polishing cloth that you receive with each order. Packaging
What's the packaging like - is it suitable for a gift?
Yes! Every piece comes in elegant packaging, ready to be gifted. You can even add a personal message if you'd like.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
We use 100% recyclable
and biodegradable packaging, composed only of paper. We do not use plastic at all. Moreover, our boxes can be used for future storing of your jewelry.

Where are you based?
We are a jewelry brand based in Sofia, Bulgaria. We're registered at the Ministry of Economy and Industry of Bulgaria (license no. 7925) and work with sterling silver 925. Each of our pieces is handcrafted in our small atelier. We ship all our products from here.
